Terms & conditions
Terms for using Apextek
Effective August 29, 2026. These terms apply to the Apextek website, product catalog, phone-sales service, digital-product orders, and related customer assistance.
Phone-first purchasing
Apextek presents third-party security-software products and catalog prices online. Customers begin a purchase inquiry from the Contact page and complete product verification and order details by phone. The website does not collect payment-card information or host software installers.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal information, comparison, and purchase inquiries. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent Apextek or another party, disrupt service through automated scraping, or use content unlawfully.
Educational information
Security explanations are general information and are not a guarantee, professional incident-response service, or substitute for advice tailored to a specific system or event. Threats, software, publisher requirements, and platform features change over time.
Product information
The catalog identifies products and displays regular and sale prices in US dollars. During the sales call, Apextek confirms current availability, supported devices, operating systems, subscription period, included features, system requirements, taxes or fees, final total, delivery, activation, renewal terms, and material restrictions.
Digital products and compatibility
Digital software is generally licensed rather than sold outright. Compatibility depends on the exact product, system version, hardware, region, publisher account, and other requirements. Customers are responsible for accurately describing their devices and reviewing the confirmed requirements before purchase. Features may differ across Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and iPadOS.
Pricing and payment
Catalog prices may change as availability or publisher pricing changes. The final product price, tax, fee, and total are confirmed before payment. Payment is handled through the method identified during the sales call. Apextek does not request full payment-card details through website forms, ordinary email, chat, or text messages.
Order processing and digital delivery
An order begins when the customer confirms the exact product and total by phone and completes the approved payment process. Apextek provides an order reference and explains delivery timing and method. Digital fulfillment directs customers to publisher-approved installation and activation steps.
Installation and activation
Customers must download third-party software through the applicable publisher's official website or application and follow legitimate activation instructions. Apextek does not host executable installers or distribute unknown, modified, cracked, or bundled software.
License and publisher terms
Third-party software is governed by the applicable publisher's end-user license agreement, privacy notice, subscription terms, and service conditions. Customers must comply with those terms. Apextek cannot modify a publisher's license or guarantee continued third-party services.
Subscription periods and renewals
The subscription duration shown in the product name or confirmed order applies to that purchase. Apextek uses manual renewal unless the customer expressly agrees to different renewal terms in the order summary. No customer is charged for an Apextek renewal without prior disclosure and authorization.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information, secure their accounts and devices, keep publisher credentials private, follow installation requirements, retain order records, and use software lawfully. Apextek will not ask for an account password, one-time code, banking password, recovery phrase, or remote-access PIN.
Third-party software and trademarks
Apextek is an independent retailer. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or official support status.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days and are governed by the Refund Policy, the confirmed order terms, activation or redemption status, publisher restrictions, and applicable law.
Website accuracy and availability
Apextek makes reasonable efforts to keep information clear and current. Publisher requirements, availability, pricing, and security conditions may change, so material product details are confirmed again during the sales call.
Security limitations
No security product, website, or operational measure guarantees complete protection. Apextek does not promise that customers will never experience malware, fraud, account compromise, data loss, or another incident. Customers should maintain layered security and tested backups.
Liability
Apextek remains responsible for obligations that apply under law and for accurately fulfilling a confirmed Apextek order. Apextek is not responsible for third-party software changes, publisher outages, customer misuse, unsupported systems, or losses caused by risks that no security product can eliminate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
Apextek may update these terms when products, operations, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. The terms presented when an order is confirmed govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and transactions are governed by applicable United States federal and state law. A dispute may be brought before a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, and nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot be waived.
